The tabs at the bottom of the screen represent pages in a patient chart. CPRS has the following tabs: Cover, Problems, Meds, Orders, Notes, Consults, D/C Summ, Labs, and Reports. By clicking on a tab, you are opening that section of the chart--for example, the Progress Notes or Lab section.
