Results of Lab tests, Imaging procedures, ECG procedures, and so on are available from different tabs of the patient record. Each tab has a slightly different emphasis.
· The Cover Sheet shows lab tests completed in the last 30 days. If the test you want to see is listed there, you click on the entry to bring up the report.
· The Reports tab contains text reports of tests completed organized by category (and some by date).
· The Labs tab has the results of lab tests for specific categories that you can view in various formats and by specific periods of time (including all test results for a specific category).
To review lab results, use these steps:
1. Open a patient chart.
2. Select one of the following:
o The specific lab test on the cover sheet
o The Labs tab
o The Reports tab
