Editing a Progress Note

To edit a progress note, follow these steps:

Note:       Progress Notes can only be edited if they have not been signed. Signed notes cannot be editing. To add to a note, an addendum would have to be created.

 

1.     Select the Notes tab.

2.     Select a document title from the left side of the screen. (Click the “+” sign to expand a heading.)

Note     : If a note has an addendum, the The addendum icon icon will appear in front of the note title. You may view the addendum by clicking the “+” sign to expand the note title and then selecting the appropriate addendum.

 

The text of the progress note will be displayed on the right side of the screen.

 

3.     Select Action | Edit Progress Note....

You can now edit the progress note.
