In the tree view from either the Reminders button or the Reminders drawer, you move between reminders by clicking on the reminder you want to view.
You can also click on specific reminders when you are processing reminders. But, you can also use the Next and Back buttons to move up and down the tree view between reminders that have dialogs available. The Next and Back buttons will move up and down through any folders that are open.
